A few days ago we opened a new box of blocks that Dave & I had bought for Ella quite a while ago - way before she was old enough to really play with them, I think.
She was quite excited, and quickly began building. The first thing she did was arrange all of the different-colored cylinders in a long row on the ground. When I asked her what she was making, she said excitedly "a drainage hose!" Huh? okaaaay....
We've now moved on - to making "little houses" and "fences"
I just love little minds. Especially hers. (:

You bought these blocks exactly a year ago at Tuesday Morning in Rochester when Ella had a dr appointment. I was with you at the time.She does have a great mind and a great imagination!
