Here's how it started:
As you can see in the above picture -- it just wouldn't be a move for the vb's without the use of a Pen*ske Truck! The truck was used to retrieve our belongings from Sibley. We never unloaded it in Rochester -- we just backed it up to the big moving truck and loaded the stuff right in!
The professional movers were great! It was definitely a new experience for us. The crew in Rochester was excellent. It was evident they knew what they were doing and loved doing it. We basically just tried to stay out of their way.
After all of our belongings were down the road it was time to clean up the townhouse.
We worked hard and the maintainance man that came to check us out of our townhouse was very impressed with how well we took care of the place!
One of the bad parts of moving is saying goodbye to friends. We made some great friends during our short time in Rochester. Ella too had to say goodbye to her great nextdoor friend whom she loved just to run outside and play with whenever she saw her outside.
But it was time to go ... so we packed up Pumpkin ...
... and headed to Wisconsin.
And this is what we said "Hello" to:
So far, I would say we are really enjoying it. I (Dave) am really loving being able to watch and listen to my Brewers, Packers, and Badgers!! Even though I love my Wisconsin sports teams, I still must admit that Ella looks pretty cute in this outfit:
We're just going to have to replace it with a Milwaukee Brewers World Series Champions T-shirt!!
